POSITION OVERVIEW
- Mansfield Speedway is seeking energetic, outgoing Game/Entertainment Attendants to help operate guest games, interactive activities, and entertainment zones during race/event weekends and special events. Attendants ensure guests have a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience while participating in Speedway games such as carnival-style activities, kids’ zones, or fan engagement attractions. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with the public in a lively, upbeat environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Greet guests and encourage participation in games and entertainment activities
- Operate games, booths, inflatables, kids’ activities, or interactive attractions safely
- Provide clear instructions and help guests understand game rules
- Distribute prizes and maintain accurate prize inventory
- Monitor activity areas to ensure proper behavior and adherence to safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized booth or activity space
- Assist with setup and breakdown of games and entertainment equipment
- Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors
- Provide friendly customer service to guests of all ages
- Support other entertainment or guest service roles during peak times
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least at 18 years old.
- Customer service, amusement, or child-focused experience preferred but not required
- Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and event days
- Willingness to learn and follow activity safety guidelines
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Lifting (up to 50 pounds); bending, and reaching
- Will be required to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Workplace environment can be loud at times especially during races and events
Availability
- Weekend and evening availability required for scheduled events.
