Refund Policy

Except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy and in our Rain & Weather Policy, all ticket, parking, camping, season passes, and other event-related sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Tickets, passes, and related products may not be resold for profit or used for unauthorized promotions or sweepstakes.

This Refund Policy applies to products and services purchased directly from Mansfield Speedway or our authorized ticketing partners (Shopify, Tixr). It does not apply to international orders.

Merchandise Returns (U.S. Orders Only)

⚠️ We do not accept returns on international orders. U.S. orders only.

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible merchandise only. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at info@thespeedway.com. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Do not send items back without approval - they will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise


If your merchandise order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately so we can fix the issue.


Non-Returnable Merchandise


We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom/personalized items
  • Personal care products (beauty, hygiene)
  • Hazardous materials (flammables, gases)
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges (Merchandise Only)


Need a different merchandise item? The fastest way is to return the one you have (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


Merchandise Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if it's approved. If so, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been over 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at info@thespeedway.com.


Event Tickets, Parking, Camping, and Passes

Season passes are sold as a package of events, not as a guarantee of any particular race, performer, date, or configuration, and no refunds, credits, rollovers, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including schedule changes, weather delays, postponements, or partial use, except as expressly stated in the Rain & Weather Policy.

We do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for customer-initiated issues, including without limitation illness, travel delays, traffic, weather at your location, scheduling conflicts, or failure to use tickets or passes.

Tickets or passes purchased from any unauthorized third-party seller, reseller, or auction site are not eligible for any refund, credit, or exchange from Mansfield Speedway.

Event-Related Remedies


Any refund, credit, or rain check offered for event-related products will be processed only to the original form of payment (where applicable) and is subject to the terms of our Rain & Weather Policy. Processing times are subject to your bank or payment processor.

Integration with Other Policies

This Refund Policy works together with, and is subject to, our Terms of Service and Rain & Weather Policy, which also govern your use of our websites and attendance at events. In the event of a conflict, the more restrictive remedy will apply unless we clearly state otherwise in writing for a specific event.
