FAQ
Do I need experience?
Nope. If you’re reliable, friendly, and willing to help, we’ll train you on-site.
What’s the age requirement?
Generally 18+. For groups or organizations, there may be exceptions depending on the event, role, and available moderation. Use the Group Volunteer Form to request approval.
How long are shifts?
Most shifts are 3–5 hours depending on the event and role. You’ll see details before you confirm.
Can I volunteer with a friend?
Yes. Apply separately and note each other’s names. We’ll do our best to place you together.
