Daily Parking
Parking is available all weekend long for Party at the Pen. No reservation needed — just pay on arrival and ride the free shuttle straight to the show. $10/day for 2 axles or less, $20/day for 3+ axles.

One Epic Weekend.
Mansfield Speedway and Party at the Pen are teaming up for a full week built around two wheels. While Party at the Pen takes over the Ohio State Reformatory with thousands of riders for the biggest bike and tattoo show of the year, the action rolls into the speedway: a Friday night of racing, stunts, and burnouts under the lights, a weekend of Buckeye Series MX, and trackside camping the whole way through.

Mini Bike Class Rules
Read before you register. Two classes: Modified and Stock. More Classes TBA
- 4-stroke, pull start, small block engine
- Mounting bolt pattern must match Honda GX200, Clone, Briggs Animal, Predator 212, etc.
- 3/4" crank shaft
- Block and head must be cast
- Billet side covers allowed

- Stock, unaltered intake and exhaust
- Stock valve train (governor may be modified)
- No "off the shelf" race-spec engines (Predator Ghost, Tillotson 196R/225, Wildcat GT1/GT2/240RS). Must come out of the box with OEM intake & muffler. 196cc–225cc.
- Rim no greater than 12"
- Automatic with belt drive torque converter or centrifugal clutch — no gearing or shifter bikes
- Front suspension allowed
- Rear cannot be a mono shock system
- Not allowed in mini-bike classes. If originally manufactured as a pit bike — including pit bikes converted to pull start — it is not allowed.
- Full-face helmet, boots & long pants required
- Functioning brakes required
- Must be 18+ or have a parent/guardian signature on the waiver
