2026 GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS APPLY.

1. SPONSOR

The 2026 General Admission Ticket Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Matt Tifft Motorsports LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, with its principal place of business located at 400 Crall Rd E, Mansfield, OH 44903 (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of Rhode Island. Employees, officers, directors, managers, agents of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. Potential winner may be required to provide proof of residency and eligibility, and Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who is a resident of Rhode Island at the time of entry or prize award.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on Monday, February 2, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on February 15, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received within the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Entries received before the start date or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be considered.

4. HOW TO ENTER – NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3-inch by 5-inch postcard and mail it to: Matt Tifft Motorsports LLC, 2026 Sweepstakes Entry, 400 Crall Rd E, Mansfield, OH 44903.

Each properly completed and eligible mail-in entry will receive five (5) Sweepstakes entries. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end of the Sweepstakes Period and received no later than seven (7) days thereafter. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or automated entries are void.

Online Purchase Entry:
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may receive entries by purchasing qualifying general admission event tickets and/or official merchandise that are available for purchase through Sponsor’s authorized online sales channels. Purchases are bona fide retail transactions and are not required to enter or win.

Ticket Purchases:
Eligible entrants will automatically receive five (5) entries for every one dollar ($1.00 USD) of eligible ticket purchase value completed through Sponsor’s authorized online sales channels during the Sweepstakes Period.

Merchandise Purchases:
Eligible entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry for every one dollar ($1.00 USD) of eligible merchandise purchase value completed through Sponsor’s authorized online sales channels during the Sweepstakes Period.

Eligible purchase value is defined as the advertised purchase price before any taxes, shipping charges, service fees, processing fees, or other additional charges, rounded down to the nearest whole dollar.

Eligibility is determined solely by the availability of the ticket or merchandise for online purchase during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of event date or redemption date. Purchases made prior to the start of the Sweepstakes Period or after the end of the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible. Entries associated with returned, refunded, canceled, or charged-back purchases are void.

All eligible entries, regardless of method of entry, are included in the same random drawing and are not treated differently once submitted.

5. ENTRY LIMIT

There is a maximum limit of one thousand (1,000) total entries per person, regardless of method of entry. Mail-in entries and purchase entries are subject to the same cumulative limit. Entries exceeding this limit will be void.

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive one (1) cash prize of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000 USD) ("Prize"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5,000 USD. Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no cash equivalent or substitution is permitted. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local income taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner as required by law. Winner's social security number will be required to claim the prize.

7. ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designated agent from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (“Drawing”). The Drawing will take place on or about February 28, 2026.

The Drawing may be conducted during a live-streamed broadcast on Sponsor’s designated digital platform(s). If conducted via live stream, the potential winner’s name may be publicly announced during the broadcast.

The potential winner will also be notified by email using the email address associated with the winning entry. The potential winner must respond within three (3) calendar days of the first notification attempt, whether notification occurs via email, live announcement, or both.

If the potential winner does not respond within the required time period, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or fails to complete and return any required documentation within the specified timeframe, the potential winner may be disqualified and the prize forfeited. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Drawing, notification, and winner determination are final and binding in all respects.

9. WINNER VERIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIM

Potential winner must respond to and complete and return all required documentation within five (3) business days of Sponsor’s notification. Required documentation shall include a signed Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (collectively, the “Affidavit”), which will be provided with Sponsor’s notification.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely respond to notification, fails to return the required Affidavit within the specified deadline, or fails to meet any eligibility requirements, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from all remaining eligible entries. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner found to be ineligible or in violation of these Official Rules.

10. FRAUD, TAMPERING, AND DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual for: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (b) acting in violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws; (c) attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes through cheating, hacking, deception, fraud, or any other unfair practices; (d) submitting entries by automated, robotic, programmed, or fraudulent means; or (e) entering under multiple identities. Any entrant who is disqualified shall forfeit any and all prizes won.

11. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, likeness, voice, photograph, biographical information, and statements for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission. Residents of states requiring opt-in consent may decline publicity use by notifying Sponsor in writing at the time of prize acceptance. If Sponsor conducts a public social media live Drawing, by entering you acknowledge and consent to your name being publicly announced during the broadcast.

12. PRIVACY

Sponsor will use the personal information provided by entrants in accordance with applicable law and Sponsor's privacy policy available here: https://thespeedway.com/policies/privacy-policy. Entrants' information may be used to verify eligibility, administer the Sweepstakes, and communicate with winners. Entrants may request removal of their name from Sponsor's marketing mailing list by contacting Sponsor using the contact information below.

13. WINNERS LIST

A list of winners (names and addresses) is available upon request. To request a winners list, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Matt Tifft Motorsports LLC at 400 Crall Rd E, Mansfield, OH 44903. Requests must be received no later than thirty (30) days after the winner has been confirmed.

14. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD

HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS,

DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY,

"RELEASED PARTIES") FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS,

AND EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTANCE, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.

RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: (i) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, illegible, or damaged entries or mail; (ii) errors or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing, or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.

IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR

RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF RELEASED PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

IF PARTICIPANT IS A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, PARTICIPANT WAIVES CALIFORNIA CIVIL

CODE SECTION 1542, WHICH STATES: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH, IF KNOWN BY HIM MUST HAVE

MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR” (OR ANY EQUIVALENT

STATUTORY PROVISION WITH A SIMILAR IMPORT OR INTENT). IF PARTICIPANT IS A

RESIDENT OF A STATE OTHER THAN CALIFORNIA, PARTICIPANT EXPLICITLY WAIVES THE TERMS AND PROTECTIONS OF ANY STATUTE OF HIS/HER STATE THAT HAS A SIMILAR IMPORT OR INTENT.

15. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. If Sponsor chooses to conduct a social media live Drawing and it is disrupted for technical reasons, Sponsor may conduct the drawing privately.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Richland County, Ohio. Entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection thereto.

Entrants agree that any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event will entrants be entitled to receive attorneys' fees or other legal costs. Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or any other damages.
